Accommodation - Manor House

The individually decorated and tastefully furnished bedrooms are en suite overlooking gardens or lagoon and feature air conditioning, hair dryer, TV and telephone, extra length beds, fine bed linen and plush duvets. The superior rooms are larger and will suit guests who are with us for a longer stay. Bathrooms are modern and offer the elegance of the deep Victorian bath making bathing an event, and / or convenient separate showers will appeal to guests with less time to spare.

Accommodation - Coach House

The lovely Garden Suites have an African colonial elegance. Each suite is unique, yet all offer a feast of sensual textures and warm earth tone colours. Original oil paintings, Calais style king beds, vaulted ceilings, a small, private courtesy bar in the dressing area, heated towel rails, and french doors onto individual terraces are some of the additional comforts that guests will value for a longer stay.

Dining

Mornings begin on the sunny breakfast terrace. The aroma of a fine African blend coffee and home baking fills the air. Several guests are sampling delicacies from the day�s breakfast buffet, others, sitting on a nearby garden bench, are sipping fresh juices and chatting with other guests. Evenings are very convivial. Good food, fine wine and interesting conversation come easily in the elegant, yet informal, surroundings. Our menus are table d�hote with daily changes and specialities. The meals are expertly prepared and beautifully presented with a blend of African and European influences. It is not unusual to find the flavours of the Cape Malay kitchen or Eastern influences in our cuisine.
