Tarn Country House is a family owned and managed
100 acre property situated within the Whiskey Creek Nature Reserve on the Garden
Route, where the Tsitsikamma and Outeniqua Mountains overlap and meet the Indian

Accommodation
Tarn Country House offers you a choice of seven
charmingly decorated, spacious bedrooms; either as twin-bedded or double rooms.
All bedrooms are en-suite, with both bath and shower, and each room has its own
private entrance. Enjoy beautiful views onto the sprawling gardens or the
majestic mountains and forests.
Dining
Indulge in Tarn�s fine cuisine with its
French-Mauritian influences. The chef offers you fresh fish, venison, as well as
traditional South African Barbeques. Add this to your selection of exquisite
South African wines and you have a food-lovers dream. Delicious breakfasts are
served in the dining room or on the patio overlooking magnificent scenery.

Situated in the heart of the Garden Route, Tarn
Country House is surrounded by a multitude of scenic and cultural attractions.
Nearby attractions include Keurbooms River and beach, Nature's Valley,
Tsitsikamma and Storms River Mouth, Plettenberg Bay, Robberg Nature Reserve and
the local arts and crafts route.
Take a plunge into crisp ocean water,
amble along beautiful white sandy beaches, hike or mountain, fish, or enjoy
whale watching, dolphin watching, horse riding, bird watching, golf and scuba
diving. For the less adventurous, there is a comfortable lounge where you can
read in front of the log fire or enjoy satellite television. One can also relax
on the various patios in the garden or laze around the salt water swimming
pool.
