Atholl House is set on the southern most tip of Africa (and more specifically; the Cape Peninsula), in a quiet cul-de-sac.
So what is this X-factor?
Quite simply, it's everything that surrounds being in Cape Town. Cape Town is one of the premier destinations of the world, with it's fantastic history, and multi-facited culture. Combine this with the scenery, world-class wines, beautiful coastlines, and the people, you have what we like to call the "X-factor". Need we say more?

Decor

Our decor is understated exclusivity. In other words, it takes on a minimalistic feel. Why be surrounded by clutter, too much furniture, too many people?
Instead, relax in our stunning luxury accommodation, sip a glass of wine on the verandah, listen to soft, romantic music, and watch the sun set over the ocean, creating orange-pink skies.
Elegant, spacious bedrooms, have been furnished for your comfort. The minimal approach allows for plenty of space to think, rest, talk, or just about whatever your heart desires.
And, with a style to create an atmosphere of effortless sophistication, yet somewhat immediate relaxation, it all opens out onto a timber deck verandah, with breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean to the one side, and, palm-fringed Camps Bay beach, to the other side.
