A luxury 3-star Victorian house situated in The Gardens, Cape Town. From both the balcony and the sundeck the house has extensive views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lion's Head. It is within walking distance of the City Centre and in close proximity to the historic Company Gardens and Dunkley Square, with its numerous restaurants. A 5-10 minute drive will find you at the ocean and beaches or the magnificent Waterfront.

Features

The house boasts many original features including marble fireplaces, cast iron roll top baths and shower and also has an unusual spiral staircase. It can sleep 6-7 people in 2 double and 2 single rooms as well as a single futon, should it be required. The secluded tropical courtyard contains a plunge pool to keep you cool on even the hottest day.

It has a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine / tumble dryer and iron. Other appliances in the house include cable TV and video, telephone, fax, hairdryer and travel cot.The house is serviced from Monday to Friday although extra would be optional.

Rates

The house will be available for rent from 1st September 2002.

The rates are as follows:Peak Season (October - March) �500 per week for 2 weeks.
Additional weeks charged at �350 per week.

Low Season (May - August)
�300 per week

5th December -15th January
�800 per week

Week including Easter weekend (to following Tuesday)
�700 per week
