Join us for an adrenaline filled day doing the newest and most exciting adventure activity in the Cape: SANDBOARDING!
With its roots coming from the pure board sports of Surfing and Snowboarding, Sandboarding offers the exhilaration of Surfing and the freestyle maneuvers of riding the snow, all with the pleasure of staying dry and not freezing to death (O.K. so we don't have lifts, but one ride will keep you running up for more).
The best part about Sandboarding is that it is easy to learn and accessible to the absolute beginner - so fear not, Adrenaline is just a slide away! It is also the best way to learn the fundamentals of Snowboarding as the basic principles are the same, Our expert boarders will show you just how easy it is!
DOWNHILL ADVENTURES has pioneered Sandboarding in Africa and uses the latest Snowboard technology to ensure safety and ease of learning.
We take regular trips to the biggest Sand Dunes in the Cape, which are situated up the West and East Coasts of the peninsula, approximately an hour's drive out of Town to where the real nature starts.
