Western Cape Rentals is a dynamic, privately owned Company based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

The fleet comprises numerous luxury coaches designed specifically for the tourism market. We have appointed Messrs. De Haans and Neoplan, who are leading coach builders, for the design and manufacture of our purpose built vehicles.

Safety of our passengers is a priority and we have our own fully equipped workshop manned by highly qualified technicians. All vehicles are mechanically tested prior to departure and conform to a monitored maintenance schedule.

Our safety and breakdown records speak for itself. We also have a 24 hour standby breakdown team of our own, should any mechanical problem be encountered.

We belong to a nationwide network of support crews to assist in the unlikely event of a breakdown.

We are proud of our neat and well trained drivers and operators who will ensure your comfort and safety throughout your journey with us. We have all the necessary permits and documentation, enabling us to tour throughout the entire Republic of South Africa.

Car Rentals

We have various makes and models of cars available for rental. All vehicles in our fleet are fitted with radio/cassette players. The more luxurious vehicles have airconditioning and power steering. We also supply automatic transmission vehicles.

NO ADDITIONAL DRIVER FEE

General

Renter and authorized drivers must be in possession of a valid unendorsed drivers license for a minimum of 2 years.

Minimum age of 23 years.

Vat, oil and maintenance included in rates.

Vehicle leaves with a full tank of petrol and renter pays for refueling on return.

Time and distances calculated from depot back to depot.

All major Credit Cards are accepted.

Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice. Vehicles are rented subject to our standard rental agreement.

All speedometers are sealed and if found tampered with, a minimum of 400kms per day will be charged.

Vehicles hired are to remain within the boundaries of South Africa unless prior arrangements are made.

Insurance is compulsory. Approval must be given by WESTERN CAPE RENTALS should a hirer wish to extend a rental. Failure to do so will invalidate insurance cover.

Damaged or stolen tyres, rims, trims and windscreens will be replaced at the hirers cost, irrelevant of whatever insurance has been accepted.
