With over 350 store in Canal Walk we have made it very easy for you to search for the store of your choice and plan better your trip to Canal Walk.
Visitors can feast on live entertainment, much of which is available free of charge, including sunset jazz concerts by leading local artists and breathtaking acrobatic theatre performances by local theatrical production company.

Getting here

You can leave Cape Town central business district and arrive on the parking deck of Canal Walk without stopping at a single traffic light or stop sign. A new road giving access to Century City and Canal Walk has been built at a cost of R35 million.
Over 10000 parking bays have been divided into two zones, which will be numbered according to the number of hours of free parking offered.

African Experience

Canal Walk offers a first world shopping environment along with a strong flavour of Africa with its tenancies reflecting South Africa's rainbow Nation.
Canal Walk has assisted a number of emerging entrepreneurs to enter the formal economy and they are housed in Afri-Bizarre, an African themed mall brimming with high quality merchandise, art and curios from around the Continent.
But that is not where the African experience at Canal Walk ends. Throughout the centre shops with a wide range of African merchandise can be found. From Kalahari gemstones to handcrafted curios, to ethnic couture, from Kwanu to the sublime African cuisine that is served up at Mango's Grill and Bar.

The Welcome Lounge is located at Entrance 2 and offers the following services:

Entrance 2 also services the Canal Walk shuttle bus and all tourism vehicles.
