Maximilians
Maximilians is situated in Dunkley Square with a breathtaking view of Table
Mountain. It brings you the best in European food with a unique South African
feel. Maxi Huber, the owner of Maximilians comes from a long line of
restaurateurs. Her parents run a world renowned hotel and restaurant called the
Schlosshotel in Herrenchiemsee, which is 45 minutes away from Munich.
A speciality of head chef Klaus Richter is the unique selection of freshly
prepared meat and game dishes - each in it's own way expressing the culinary
skill passed down to him by former mentor, the Michelin Three-Star Chef, Heinx
Winkler. Specialities such as traditional Sunday roasts are not to be missed.
Order a day in advance and you can also eat some of the finest Sushi in town.
The restaurant is also renowned for it's winelist which won a Merit Award from
Diners Club this year.
