With 14 years experience in the restaurant industry Albert Robertson is sure to succeed admirably with this exciting new establishment. Situated in the centre of town, Albert has thoughtfully provided valet parking and an attentive doorman to ensure that diners are relaxed and comfortable from the moment they arrive at the door. The well-planned interior is certainly impressive and has been cleverly divided into different smoking and non smoking sections, with a central kitchen for easy access to all areas of the restaurant. There is also a walk in wine cellar from which diners can make their own selection if they wish.

The d�cor has a definite �New York� style with the emphasis on natural materials like slate, wood and leather complimented by mosaic wall panels and attractive wrought iron light fittings. The main section of the restaurant has an upmarket ambience with white linen, upholstered chairs and a welcome fireplace to add that extra bit of atmosphere in the winter months. On the other side of the reception area lies the espresso bar with caf� style chairs and tables which is open from 6.00 am. It also has its own fireplace and offers diners a choice of newspapers and magazines to read at their leisure. In addition to beverages and pastries which are available throughout the day, there is also a deli counter and a selection of fresh wholesome sandwiches for late breakfasts and light lunches.
