Asu-mas
Owners Bruce and Annemarie Wylie are justifiably proud of the reputation their
restaurant has earned having been referred to as one of the top two sushi
restaurants in the country. Annemarie's homeland of Hawaii is often referred to
as "little Tokyo", and it is here that her love of sushi developed. Their chef
was trained by one of the most experienced sushi chefs in all Japan, and his
expertise is clearly visible in the preparation and presentation of traditional
Japanese fare.
The outside appearance of the restaurant is deceptive to say the least, as
entering through the door you are immediately struck by the daring black and
yellow d�cor which seems to stretch endlessly off into the distance. This trendy
seaside establishment serves an elite clientele with more than its fair share of
celebrities.However for those preferring to dine incognito, all items on the
menu are available to take-away.
