Brothers Restaurant And Terrace
Owned by brothers Simon and Peter Ash, the interior is warm with lots of fresh
flowers to set off the eclectic mix of memorabilia. Out on the terrace during
the day with the buzz of Main Street and views of the mountains and sea you know
you are in paradise. Terrace dining on pleasant evenings is a must.
Chef Kirsty Sinclair prepares really fantastic food. A large breakfast menu
caters for almost everything you desire. Light lunches are served from mid
morning and include the freshest salads, homemade pasta's, fresh fish and
steaks. In the evenings the cuisine becomes decidedly more discerning (see a
sample of the menu). Kirsty's philosophy is all based around the freshest of
ingredients. The menus change regularly but some things like the lamb curry,
chocolate brownies and the cheese cake have become institutions.
