In little over 300 years one of the world's most intriguing and diverse cuisines
has evolved at the southern tip of Africa - namely the Cape. Much has changed in
those 300 years and we, here at Moby's take pride in our South African culinary
art and it's entrance into the spotlight of the world's food stage.
