La Brasserie is situated in the old manor house of Haute Provence, adapted into a restaurant where locals and tourists can bask in the beauty of the Franschhoek Valley. The gazebo allows sweeping views of the vineyards, and has incorporated a wood-burning pizza oven, spit and braai.

Chef Toni Landelle (ex Hildebrand) has produced a mouthwatering menu that presents a complex choice - leisurely continental and traditional breakfasts can be enjoyed from when the restaurant opens at 10h00, then lunches followed by dinner until 22h00. The array is endless - mouthwatering and authentic Italian pastas and pizzas produced in a woodfire oven. A selection of delectable fresh foods waiting to be whisked into the beautiful garden setting from the deli, and a small but varied sprinkling of main dishes, South African specialties and chef specials.
